Quality of the Steel Stud Crimper

During the manufacturing process, the tool goes through 7 quality control steps.
We designed a computer aided production and quality control system
that helps to keep the highest possible levels of quality.
The tool made of hardenable steel, then hardened for more durability.
It has a high resistance to failure under sudden loading, deformation,
tensile or bending stresses, or wear under abrasive conditions.
The 4 axles (center rivets) made of special alloyed steel,
imported from Sweden, also hardened for even more resistance to wear.
The tool is nickel plated to resist corrosion.
